At First MediPets, we take pride in providing quality pet medications, supplements, and health products. Your satisfaction and your pet's safety are important to us. This Returns & Refunds Policy explains when and how you can request a return or refund.

1. General Policy

Due to the nature of pet medications and supplements, we cannot accept returns of opened or used products for safety and health reasons. This policy helps ensure that all products we sell are safe, sealed, and effective for pets.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened or used pet medications and supplements.
  • Items purchased more than 14 days ago.
  • Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper storage.
  • Personalized or special-order items.

4. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please:

  • Email info@firstmedipets.com with your order number, reason for return, and clear photos of the product and packaging.
  • Wait for our approval and return instructions before sending the item back.
  • Ship the product to the address provided in our instructions (return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the product was incorrect or defective).

5. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
  • We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Prescription Items

  • For prescription pet medications, you must provide a valid prescription from a licensed veterinarian before purchase.
  • Once shipped, prescription medications cannot be returned or refunded unless there is an error on our part.
